1. Onsite Registration
Starting 25 May, registration is only possible onsite at the Symposium in Brussels and desks will be open during the following times:
Thursday, 25 May 7.30-18.00
Friday, 26 May 7.30-17.00
Saturday, 27 May 8.30-11.00

The EADV has recently changed its database; this will be tested in Brussels for the first time. Implementing the new database system will bring many benefits – and we look forward to sharing these benefits with you on its inaugural run!
In Hall 2, level -2, 13 companies will be showcasing their latest products and research results. Visit the exhibition to learn about the innovations, to network and to exchange and share experiences on all aspects of Dermatology and Venereology with sector industry leaders.
The Exhibition area will be open during the following hours:

Friday, 26 May 9.30-17.30
Saturday, 27 May 9.00-12.00
Access to the exhibition is restricted to Health Care Providers only.
3. Industry Sessions
On Friday 26 May 2017, at 17.00, five industry sessions are organised. These sessions are organised by the industries to facilitate the presentation of research results and share their perspectives on the topics presented. Access to Satellite Symposia and Meet-the-Expert sessions may be limited to Health Care Professionals only.
4. Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance may be printed directly onsite from the self-printing terminals in the Registration area starting from Friday, 26 May 2017 until the end of the Symposium.

5. CME-CPD Credits
Interested in collecting CME-CPD credits during the Brussels Symposium?
All you need is just ONE scan of your badge at the entrance of every session you attend. You will then be granted with the actual number of CME-CPD credits.

6. EADV Events App
Don’t forget to download the EADV Events App onto your smartphone or tablet.
The application provides you with instant access to the full scientific programme, abstracts, session surveys and the latest news before, during and after the meeting! The voting option will also enable you to participate in the interactive sessions.
For onsite support, there will be an EADV Events App Support Desk at the New Tech Point, in Grand Hall 1 (level -2).

10. Security Information
For security reasons, upon entering the Symposium venue delegates will be asked to pass their belongings through an x-ray screening machine. This could result in longer waiting times. Any unattended luggage will be removed by the security services.
A meeting of NATO Heads of State and Government will be held on Thursday 25 May 2017 in Brussels. For this reason the security in the city will be increased and you might experience some traffic problems.
